Where can I have my vehicle repaired?
You may have your vehicle repaired at a repair facility of your choice in the United States or Canada.
Will my local repair facility know that I purchased a service contract?
When you bring your vehicle in for service or repairs, provide your contract number and our phone number to the service writer. This will notify them of your coverage. From there the service department will be able to begin the claims process if needed. Please make sure authorization is received from the administrator prior to teardown or repair.
What method of payment do you utilize to pay claims?
Reimbursement can be made to the repair facility or to the customer by check, credit card or ACH (Automated Clearing House).
